Mindfulness Meditation is the art of making friends with the present moment.
Allowing "what is" with no resistance.
Mindfulness is not a path, and can only be done in the here and now.
This does not mean you take no action, but you take one that is in tune with what is.
Meditation has two main components: concentration and insight.
A balance between applying effort and letting go.
Mindfulness allows you to deal with life situations without making them into a problem.
In the space of your awareness infinite possibilities can unfold.

Claudio can offer you guidance and support in the art of meditation. He practiced under different meditation teachers and taken part in retreats with Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle and various Tibetan Teachers. He has also spent numerous months in retreat centres as a worker and as a volunteer. Since 2012 Claudio has been leading weekly meditation classes at the Siena School for Liberal Arts.
